Very nice weekend and the resulst were just what I thought they would be.
Chivas continues their roll. Chicharito gets another goal. They are truly playing some great ball. They will be in Libertadores and it should be a very good tourney. The only damper would be if the National Team takes some of the players for World Cup preparations. It looks like it may happen also, as the federation has said that the NT is the priority. Maybe some bad timing for Chivas.
Cruz Azul loses again to America. What else is new. Tito Villa is no where to be found, Chaco Gimenez is non-existent. Things are bad for Cruz Azul. Tonight they will try to fix things against Morelia, who have been playing really well and are 3rd in the general table.
Also the Northern Classic, Monterrey beats Tigres easily. No surprise there.
Tonights matchups to watch are Chivas vs Pachuca. Number 1 vs Number 2. Will Chicharito continue to tear it up. Will Calero wave his finger to indicate “no, no”, like he did to humilliate Landon Donovan? It should be a good one to watch.
Cruz Azul vs Morelia should be good. America takes on Toluca. Can the Aguilas continue their Chava motivation to take them to another win? Double dose of Futbol is always a good thing.
