Last year, the ?Gossip Girl? star?s son Hermes and daughter Helena were placed with her ex-husband Daniel Giersch, a German businessman who was unable to obtain a visa and hence couldn?t come to the States to live. Since then, Kelly has been fighting a legal battle that has cost her more in lawyer bills than she can afford. Ms. Rutherford told press, “Every penny from Gossip Girl, my pension, my stocks has been spent fighting for my children. This fight has brought me to the brink of bankruptcy. “Back in 2009, Kelly and Daniel decided to split, and she didn?t go after him for his fortune. “I said, ‘I don’t want any money. I don’t want anything. Let’s figure out a great plan for the kids. ? The relationship was obviously not working. And four years later, this is where I am. ”

As if there relationship wasn’t hard enough to keep up with already, Rihanna is adding more fire to the rumor mill regarding her on-off love life with Chris Brown. On Sunday (April 28), Justin LaBoy posted three photos to his Instagram page of himself and the “Diamonds” songstress, including two photos of them each giving the other a kiss on the cheek. LaBoy captioned one of the photos, “Me and the wife @Rihanna out here tonight,” leaving many to wonder if RiRi and Brown were on the outs. Amid the photo scandal, Brown has been posting some of his own unusual messages to his Twitter page, including, “S–t is overrated now a days,” also adding, “Just remember to keep ya muthaf–kin head up. “As for now, it looks like the “Kiss Kiss” singer has unfollowed Rihanna on Twitter, and has since decided to once again follow his ex, Karrueche Tran.
