Rachel Rostad is pretty badass at slam poetry, so we’ll get that out of the way first and foremost!Secondly, she makes some VERY good points in an open letter/poem to J. K. Rowling about the ONLY Chinese character in Harry Potter — and namely how her name doesn’t make very much sense! In a book that has completely made up worlds, creatures, characters, words, and EVERYTHING beautiful about the series, we never realized how kinda messed up it is to name the only Chinese character Cho Chang!
