Amanda Beard Expecting Second Child
The pitter patter of little feet will sound again in Amanda Beard’s home, as the swimmer and her husband announced on Friday (February 8) that they are expecting their second child. Due in July, the Olympic medalist said in the announcement, ?We are so excited to add to our family! During my first pregnancy, I was sick the whole time and felt awful. So far this pregnancy has been a lot easier. I?ve only been sick a couple of times and I have way more energy. ?The new addition will also be welcomed in to the family by the couple’s 3 year-old son Blaise Ray, who, according to his mom, is ?so excited. ?During her illustrious career, the 31-year-old won two gold, four silver and one bronze medal. She and her husband were married in 2009.
