Judge denies Apple injunction bid vs. Samsung
(Reuters) – A U. S. judge on Monday denied Apple Inc’s request for a permanent injunction against Samsung Electronics’ smartphones, depriving the iPhone maker of key leverage in the mobile patent wars.
