Get ready, people!A whole NEW generation of The Spice Girls may SOON be on its way. . . just not entirely how they’re known and loved today!You may have noticed Victoria Beckham’s tardiness to the premiere of the girl groups’ new musical, Viva Forever!, and according to insiders, it’s because she’s the only member NOT innerested in reuniting for a brand new album and tour!However, this time around, it’s not stopping Melanie C, Emma Bunton, Mel B, and Geri Halliwell from forging ahead without here, and according to new reports, they are on the hunt for an all-new FIFTH member!But that’s not all! They may be launching a REALITY SHOW to help aid them in finding her!Sources explain:”The girls are going it alone without Victoria. They are keen to get back together and were trying to work out if they could do it as a four-piece. I think they know this is the last chance for them to get the band going again. But the Spice Girls as a foursome is not going to get them another record deal or sell out big venues. They need an extra cherry on the cake. And the cherry on the cake would be if they replaced Victoria. And that leads to the next question: who do they replace her with? At the moment it’s all being done in a very cloak-and-dagger way and not through official channels. “Well, even so, it appears that Victoria is happy to be left out of the equation, as her publicist recently said:”Victoria respects all of the girls and will always support them all personally and professionally. “WOW! While we’d hate for the ladies to lose the original magic that contributed to their initial success, if our beloved Posh wants to focus on fashion instead of music, so be it!And the idea of a reality competition isn’t a terrible one! It worked for Girls Aloud, after all!But we’re ALSO pretty curious about another rumor floating around that they may just take on former Sugababe Heidi Range as their fifth. . . which would certainly help the Spice-motif continue!LOLz!Regardless, we think it’s time to start getting pumped. . . because all signs are pointing to NEW Spice Girls music!And that’s pretty much the best Christmas gift we could EVER receive!How about U?
