++ The Federal Public Security Secretariat presented Teodoro García Simental, known as “El Teo,” and who is accused of being Joaquín “El Chapo” Guzmán’s right-hand man and one of the most-wanted drug traffickers in the United States and Mexico because of his ties to the Sinaloa drug cartel.
