Fulton girls’ soccer defeats Mexico on Bateman’s goal (The Valley News)
It was a wet, cold day Tuesday but Michelle Bateman’s goal in the second half was a ray of sunshine for the Fulton varsity girls’ soccer team as it broke into the win column with a 1-0 victory over visiting Mexico. Racquel Vescio recorded the assist on the goal for the Raiders while keeper Kristen Kush had three saves to preserve the shut-out.
