‘Authentic’ Mexico: New eatery using foods native to border neighbor (Deseret Morning News)
Utah’s eating options just got hotter, with a spicy new Mexican restaurant opening here. Chih’ua (pronounced che-WA) Tacos y Cortes, 7117 S. Redwood Road, began in Mexico in 1991 as a small taco stand and now has four locations in that country. The restaurant prides itself on its authenticity, using ingredients and recipes native to Mexico.
