Mexico’s Economy has been on a steady rise now for years.  They have done this in despite,  of there neighbors, the USA who has had a mixed economy since the late 90’s.  normally or at least in the past when the USA hit hard times mexico followed but, not anymore Mexico has become much more stable over the years.  I have been saying for years to family in the USA to invest in mexico most have told me that mexico is unstable and being a third world the economy could collapse at any time which is in part true but not just for 3rd world economies but any economy.  These same business men that were affraid to invest into mexico’s economy kept throwing there money at real estate malls office buildings ect… in the US over the last 10-14 years and they have seen returns for the first few years but latley it seems as if they have been trying to sell off there million dollars business now for the last 7 years with no luck when I ask why they say every one in the US wants to buy your property on credit no one has the cash to buy 27 million dollar malls or office buildings,  right now they have been trying to sell the United States Basketball Academy http://www.usba-inc.com/ in Oregon now for years to investors and have yet to find a buyer when I was up there I remember there was lots of money for sports especially organizations like this but ever since bush and the war in iraq the break up of Microsoft it seems like the USA can not recover I remember how great it was in the early 90’s and how safer it was before bush eaither bush you choose neither has done any good for the USA both are oil crazy war mongers “this is just my opinion” anyways we were talking about Mexico’s Economy not the USA that should be covered in another post so lets get back to Mexico .

 The point I wanted to get accross is even though the US Economy is going down the Toilet Mexico and it’s economy has been pulling foward at a steady pace and in a sign of the times it has been anounced that the new richest man in the world and by a long shot is Mexico’s own Carlos Slim  Helú  and now it has been announced that Mexico is going to build the tallest skyscraper in Latin America which they would like to have finnished by 2010 called Torre Bicentenario, or Bicentennial Tower. which is the year that mexico will celebrate 200 years since the start of Mexico’s war of independence against Spain.

I remember when $100,000 dollars down here in the mid 90’s could pretty much buy you a nice mansion now there are lower class house’s that cost more then a $100,000 and there are many residential homes in the millions, as middle class mexico raises so have and will the prices of real estate homes that once went for 50k only 10 years ago now cost 2-300k on the cheap side and in some growth areas prices are well over a million and in many cases that is just for the price of the land, as Mexico keeps up there progress Beautiful large malls are poping up all over Mexico is still going allthough I see in the future a small slow down I don’t see a stop in the growth of Mexico and it’s economy.  I wish more of my friends and family would have got into Mexicos Boom and I hope in the future more Americans wake up and realize that the USA is not the prime place to place money at the moment and is much more unstable then Mexico and I know many will fight this notion, infact many still think of mexico as the poor neighbors and for the moment mexico is still the poor neighbor but what will happen in 10-30 years in the future if the US keeps taking a nose dive and mexico keeps rising.

 Hopefully it is american investors that take advantage of this growth I really hate seeing my country on this bumpy road how I would love to see the USA as the world power undisputed again and safe from terorist and safe from government seems as though USA is getting closer and closer to a comunist state I mean the goverment not only taps into probably every telephone line in the US and they watch you online and now use viruses to know everything about you , your computer and your connection, the goverment can seize your properties with ease ,stop your car and search it if they think you are suspicious , what ever happened to all the militant groups in the late 80’s to mid 90’s I don’t agree with them in most cases but they saw where the US was headed, who voted for bush I was forsure he lost this last election, most americans despise him what is he still doing in power they kicked out the california governor why has no one done this to bush. put someone in there that worries about enviroment , economy , health care , education and technology advancement bring the us back into the game protect the USA from the USA I personally would perfer to spend 100’s of billions on projects and what not in the USA to increase security then spend it in the countries that we are worried about attacking us with the lives and money we spend over there we could have made the US so much safer and the economy would have had less propblems then it has there is no going back only looking foward and acting bush has done enough damage when will the people of the united states say Enough
