New Mexico man drowns trying to save his son off Kailua beach (KHNL News 8 Honolulu)
KAILUA, Hawaii (AP) – A New Mexico man drowned yesterday while trying to save his son at Kailua Beach. The 44-year-old identified by the Honolulu Medical Examiner’s office as Timothy Moi of Albuquerque, went into the water when his son go into trouble at 2-30 pm.
