Mexico extradites suspect in slaying of girl at Fairview park (Orange County Register)

Victor Garcia was serving time in his own country for assaulting his wife. ORANGE – Victor Manuel Garcia appeared in Orange County juvenile court Monday after a 15-month effort to extradite him from Mexico in the 2001 murder of a 16-year-old girl in a Costa Mesa park.
