Slayer co-founder Jeff Hanneman’s death from liver failure is still a mystery, but that hasn’t stopped fans from speculating as to why his liver failed when he was only 49. Making the rounds on Twitter and in the media is a theory that it was a spider bite two years ago that led to an infection that ultimtely led to his death.
