Saudi Oil Minister Ali al-Naimi is expected to share his optimistic view on the future of Asian oil demand on Tuesday when he gives a major energy speech, billed as the first in the United States in four years. As the United States produces oil at the highest levels in 20 years thanks to the shale boom, Saudi Arabia’s confidence in Asian markets could help keep relations between the two countries on track. . . .
