Canadian accused in Gadhafi plot ordered released from Mexico jail
Cyndy Vanier, the Canadian woman who Mexican authorities alleged had masterminded a plot to smuggle the son of late Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi to Mexico, was ordered released from jail Thursday night after a tribunal of the Supreme Court of Mexico upheld her appeal.
