David Beckham: Back to Work with His New Team
Getting back into the game, David Beckham attended his first practice with his new team on Sunday (February 3) in London. Decked out in a red jersey, Becks joined his fellow players from the Paris Saint-Germain soccer team for field drills. After retiring last year from the LA Galaxy, Becks took some time off before announcing on Thursday (January 31) that he signed a five month contract with the Paris club. At the press event, PSG President Nasser Al-Khelaifi said, “We’re very happy to welcome David Beckham to Paris Saint-Germain. He will be joining for five months until 30 June. ”
