Treating herself to a round of retail therapy, Shay Mitchell made a stop at Juicy Couture on Wednesday (January 30) in Los Angeles. Fashionable in a ruffled pink-and-white-printed frock under a black leather jacket, the 25-year-old brunette beauty seemed eager to get her shop on.
