Local arrest leads to murder suspect’s deportation
According to the U. S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency, Saul Camargo-Avendano, 41, a Mexican national, was wanted by Mexican authorities for the February 2011 murder of Ensenada councilman Arturo Castellanos-Ruiz in Baja California.
