Ooohh, what oh what could Carly Rae Jepsen have given the special man in her life for Christmas?Well, we?re not sure if she got a gift for Matthew Koma, but she did buy her dad something downright awesome for the holiday. Carly decided to get her dad a rockin’ gift now that she?s a hit singer with her song Call Me Maybe. She revealed:”I’m getting him the same guitar that James Taylor plays. And I’m getting it engraved. “Engraved with “call me maybe”?LOLz!The heartfelt gift isn?t about her being a roaring success, it?s about the sentiment associated with it as she explained:”My dad used to play guitar for me before bed and I used to kind of fall asleep listening to his songs. It’ll be fun to return the favor and say, ‘Here’s your dream guitar!'”Awww!We love how family-oriented she seems!And we suspect Carly?s dad will be getting many more gifts in the future if she turns out songs even half as successful as her big hit.
