Amanda Bynes: Strange in SoHo
Making most of her day in New York City, Amanda Bynes showed up in the trendy SoHo neighborhood this morning (November 28). And of course the ?She?s the Man? actress was displeased when a swarm of shutterbugs caught her scent- she even tried to cover her face with a long white scarf, but it ended up actually drawing more attention. Meanwhile, GQ magazine has compiled a list of the 25 least influential people alive for 2012 and Ms. Bynes scored a spot on the poll. Amanda is joined by former Presidential Candidate Mitt Romney, Lindsay Lohan, and Olympic Swimming Gold Medalist Ryan Lochte.
