Christina Applegate & Bruno Mars Will Try To Funny Up SNL
Put down your jazz flutes, comedy lovers! Saturday Night Live is about to take us to Pleasure Town!NBC has just announced Christina Applegate will be returning to host Oct. 13. The Up All Night star will be joined by musical guest Passion Pitt. YAY! Obvi the network is throwing Christina on the sketch show to plug the Thursday night sitcom, but we’ve got our fingers crossed for a surprise appearance from her Anchorman 2 co-star Will Ferrell! Right now, the sequel is only in the development stage. . . but there’s not a soul in the great city of San Diego (or anywhere else) that wouldn’t LOVE to see Ron Burgundy and Veronica Corningstone reunite — even only for a sketch. The week after Applegate tickles our funny bone, Bruno Mars is scheduled take the reins as musical guest AND host! We’re purdy excited to see the Locked Out Of Heaven crooner show off his comedy stylings, though we’re just a little nervous for the guy! The musical genius isn’t exactly known for his hilarity. . .
