Rihanna Tweets Support of Chris Brown on Court Date
As Chris Brown prepared for a probation hearing today, he received words of encouragement from an unlikely source. Earlier today, Rihanna tweeted, “Praying for you baby, my best wishes are with you today! Remember that whatever God does in our lives, it is WELL DONE!!! #1Love. “Later, she erased any doubt as to the intended subject by tweeting, ” @chrisbrown I?m praying for you and wishing u the best today!” The comment was promptly retweeted by her former boyfriend with the comment, “thank u so much. ” The probation, of course, originated from the 23-year-old rapper’s 2009 assault on his then-girlfriend Rihanna after the MTV Video Music Awards.
