Prosecutors argue for access to James Holmes’ notebook
The lead police investigator is expected to take the stand Thursday as prosecutors make their case for why they should have access to a notebook sent by the Colorado shooting suspect to a university psychiatrist that purportedly contains descriptions of a violent attack.
