Stock futures edge lower ahead of Fed decision
NEW YORK (Reuters) – Stock futures slipped on Thursday as investors awaited data on the labor market and a possible decision on further economic stimulus measures at the conclusion of a policy meeting by the Federal Open Market Committee. The Federal Reserve appears poised to launch a third round of unconventional monetary stimulus, while signaling that a weak economy may warrant ultra-low interest rates for at least another three years.
