You don’t almost break into a MileyBird-house wielding scissors without swift, just punishment!Which is exactly what Jason Luis Rivera received this morning when he was officially charged with two counts of trespassing and one count of resisting arrest after attempting to enter Miley Cyrus’ El Lay abode to um. . . cut off more of Miley’s locks?According to reports, Jason hopped the sky-high haired starlet’s fence this past Saturday when Miley wasn’t even home, simply because he wanted to meet her!
