Satisfying their craving for a cold and tasty treat, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West paid a return visit to the local Yogurtland shop while continuing their tropical Hawaiian holiday on Thursday (August 16). The E! reality hottie turned heads in a black shirt, black leather skirt and black boots as she strutted alongside her color-coordinated hip-hop star beau after the two lovebirds snatched up a scoop of delicious yogurt from the Aloha State eatery. And while Miss Kardashian is living the good life with her latest love, her lawyers have been busy this week battling it out in the courtroom against her ex-husband of 72 days, Kris Humphries. With the jostling for assets not going all that smoothly, Humphries’ attorney, Marshall Waller, reportedly told the judge during a hearing on Wednesday, “I don’t want to use the word uncooperative, but they are not making the process easier. “According to E! News, Waller is requesting four more months to prep for a trial – which isn’t sitting well with Kim’s high-power legal counsel, Laura Wasser, who stated during this week’s proceedings, “To say I am frustrated is an understatement. I’m at a loss to figure out what the holdup is. They had a prenup and were married 72 days. To what end does he want this annulment?”
