Following his opinion piece in The Washington Times that asked “if it would have been best had the South won the Civil War,” the rocker is demonizing the current president of the United States in a New Times Broward-Palm Beach interview. Here’s what he had to say this time:”Out and out, politicians are an athem to rock ‘n roll, so I hesitate to attempt to connect the two. But on important issues, I am saddened to admit that Obama represents everything bad about humanity and Romney pretty much all that is good. It is really that stark. “At this point, it’s not even worth arguing with the guy. His mind is made up and nothing will change it short of receiving Total Recall. Inception might work too. Or maybe we’ll just plug him into a Matrix where Romney is president forever and ever and ever.
