Spending some bonding time on the beach, Lindsay Lohan and younger sister, Aliana, were spotted relaxing in Malibu, CA on Tuesday (April 10). The Lohan siblings both were well prepared for their day out in the sun with Lindsay sporting a floppy black hat, sunglasses and a bikini underneath denim cut off shorts while Ali donned sunglasses and an aqua bikini. The sunny afternoon excursion comes just as the ?Herbie Fully Loaded? actress is asking for an investigation to be started on the woman who recently accused her of battery. According to a report put out by CNN, the 25 year-old and her lawyer, Shawn Holley, were set to request an investigation be launched on Marisa Sullivan Dugas at the Los Angeles County Sheriff?s Hollywood Substation today. In response to why Miss Lohan is taking the legal action, her publicist, Steve Honig, says, “There have been a few incidents like this within the last few months, and we’ve reached a point where it’s just not going to be tolerated anymore,” adding, “People need to understand that there are consequences. You can’t just make accusations, file false police reports, and expect you’ll walk away from it and nothing’s going to happen to you. This woman’s going to learn a very tough lesson in these next few weeks. ”
