Coast Guard plans to go ahead, sink Japanese ship
A Canadian fishing vessel that claimed salvage rights over a Japanese ghost ship will not tow it, clearing the way Thursday for the U. S. Coast Guard to go ahead with plans to sink the stricken boat.
