Jaycee Dugard Is Suing The United States Government
Jaycee Dugard is saying the United States failed to properly supervise the convicted rapist that kidnapped her and held her captive for 18 years. Phillip Garrido was on parole when he abducted the then 11 year old (1991). His parole agents were supposed to be keeping a close eye on him and his home from 1991-1999, yet they never noticed Jaycee’s presence that entire time. For those of you who need a recap, Jaycee was held captive, raped, and bore two children by Phillip (one at age 14 and the other at age 17). She wasn’t freed until 2009. Though parole agents were supposed to be supervising Garrido at his home in Antioch, Calif. , from 1991 to 1999, they never detected Dugard’s presence there during that time, the complaint states. Dugard, 31, who gave birth to two of Garrido’s children during the years she was held captive, was not freed until 2009. Following her freedom, Jaycee sued the state of California and won $20 million. And now she’s suing the U. S. . The lawsuit calls the lack of supervision “outrageous and inexcusable. “Jaycee promises to donate 100% of any money won to the nonprofit JAYC Foundation, Inc. which supports abduction victims. Jaycee, we are behind you. You definitely deserve a judge to hear what you have to say![Image via AP Images. ]

There isn’t a police force on the entire planet that can 100% guarantee your safety, in every circumstance.

This is why you need to stick to celebrity bullshit and keep away from politics and hard news. There are to many facts that you omit when you post this type of hard news. You are so fucking stupid and need to stop pretending you are reporting the news. Grown men report the news not pink haired douche bag faires with a twisted fucking agenda.
