First Atlantic storm forms in Gulf of Mexico (Reuters)
Reuters – Arlene, the first tropical storm of the North Atlantic hurricane season, formed in the southwestern Gulf of Mexico on Tuesday but looked set to spare Mexico’s oilfields from a direct hit.
