Jake Gyllenhaal made a surprise appearance on SNL’s Weekend Update to promote his new movie Source Code this Saturday night. Sitting next to Andy Samberg, who seriously plays a better Nicolas Cage than the actual Nic Cage, Jakey-Poo was schooled in how to act like a real film star. 1. jake is a homo

  2. I was unlucky enough to see this dreadful skit. If they wanted to use Gyllenhaal, they could have done something like having Elton watching update, dosing off and dreaming that Gyllenhaal took over as anchor and acted sexy. They could have come up with some comedy from that.

  3. I love to laugh, I didn’t laugh with this video…SNL is no longer funny, well, I love when they make fun of the VIEW.

  4. Re: Bibety Bobety Boo – I’m sure Jake wants to be not taken seriously like Sean Penn and Philip Seymour Hoffman. Playing gay and winning Oscar is the best way of doing that.

  9. hahaha… why do we think ridicularizing a person is funny?

  10. sorry, but that nic cage impersonation was pretty lame. all he did was mix whisper and yelling, other than that, hardly a nic cage present.
