After 4 Weeks of very good football, Chivas is playing great and is at the top of the league standings with 12 points. They are running on all cylinders. Pachuca and Morelia are right behind them in the standings with 9 points.
This weekend Chivas takes on Atlante on Saturday and on Sunday, America will play Cruz Azul in a possibly humiliating match-up for the Cement workers. Cruz Azul seems to be cursed when playing America. CA have not got a good result in 15 straight games against the Aguilas. I wonder when will Cruz Azul get a break. They have Christian Gimenez, Emmanuel Villa, Torrado, JJ Corona. What else do they need? They even have a pretty good coach in Enrique Meza. Can they actually get some revenge this Sunday?
Last but not least, the Clasico Regiomontano between Tigres and Monterrey. Tigres came off a good tie against Pumas last week and Monterrey lost their first Libertadores match on Wednesday. These are always intense games and it should be a good one.
Week 6 will is a double Jornada, so we will enjoy an extra burst of futbol action. Games to watch are the two top teams, Pachuca and Chivas will face off. America vs Toluca should be a good one as well.
Keep your TVs tuned.
