The former “Girls Next Door” babe was accompanied by a pair of pooches as she encountered a smattering of shutterbugs on her way inside.
In related news, Holly recently chilled out with a trip to a ski resort in Lee Canyon where she enjoyed some snowboarding and friendly competition.
According to a report, Miss Madison got the best of comedian Carrot Top as they tried to outdo each other on the slopes.
