Tropical Storm Carlos Forms in Pacific off Mexico, U.S. Says (Bloomberg)
July 10 (Bloomberg) — Tropical Storm Carlos formed today in the Pacific off the southwestern coast of Mexico, and was moving west away from land at about 14 mph (23 kph), the U.S. National Hurricane Center reported.
