Napolitano in Mexico to explore deeper business partnership (The Arizona Republic)
HERMOSILLO, Sonora – Carlos Slim, by some accounts now the world’s richest man, joins Gov. Janet Napolitano and state business leaders Tuesday for a pep talk in Mexico as the governors of Arizona and Sonora push their vision for a joint ”prosperity zone” in their corner of the continent.
