Mexico’s Pemex sells 2 billion in bonds (AP via Yahoo! Finance)

Mexico’s state oil company says it has sold $2 billion worth of 10-year bonds to raise money as oil prices fall. Petroleos Mexicanos, or Pemex, says the bonds will expire in May 2019 and will pay 8 percent interest rates twice a year.
