Storms brew over Caribbean, off Mexico (Deutsche Welle)
Two new tropical storms are brewing, in the Caribbean and off Mexico’s Pacific coast. The US hurricane-watch agency says tropical storm “Felix” has formed over the Westward Islands, making it the sixth Atlantic storm this year. It’s headed across the Caribbean toward Mexico and Central America.
