Tropical Storm Dolly Forecast to Bring Floods to Texas, Mexico (Bloomberg.com)
July 24 (Bloomberg) — Tropical Storm Dolly is expected to bring widespread flooding to South Texas and northeastern Mexico as it moves inland after making landfall as a hurricane yesterday near the border, the U.S. National Hurricane Center said.
