Maracaibo (Venezuela), 12 jul (EFE).- Maracaibo, sede durante
este fin de semana de la V Cumbre Extraordinaria de Petrocaribe, es
la ciudad más importante del occidente venezolano, donde se
concentran grandes reservas petroleras de este país.
