Reuters – LA PAZ (Reuters) – El presidente de Venezuela, Hugo Chávez, llegó el jueves a Bolivia para forjar una alianza energética, cuyo primer objetivo será la inversión de al menos 600 millones de dólares a través de la petrolera binacional YPFB-Petroandina.
