Cuellar: Bush to pitch millions to Mexico drug fight (Houston Chronicle)
President Bush will propose tens of millions of dollars in aid to Mexico to fight drug trafficking and violence that has ravaged the nation and threatens to spill into the U.S., Rep. Henry Cuellar, D-Texas said today.
