RPT-Mexico Cemex extends deadline for Rinker (Reuters Finance News, Australia via Yahoo!7 Finance)
MEXICO CITY, June 21 (Reuters) – Mexican cement giant Cemex CX.N CMXCPO.MX on Thursday said it had extended its $14 billion bid for Australian building materials firm Rinker Group Ltd. RIN.AX by three weeks, to July 16 from a previous deadline of June 22.
