Mexico City, Dec 16 (IRNA-VNA) – A delegation of the Ministry of Planning and Investment, headed by Permanent Deputy Minister Truong Van Doan, concluded a working visit to Mexico on December 14. The visit was aimed at learning experiences in economic management, building strategy for management of investment capital, development of State budget and administrative decentralization.
